After moving into our new home 6 months ago, we quickly realized a problem with the water pressure, a problem that can cause much greater water issues if not fixed. Rich came in and installed a water pressure gauge which solved the problem immediately. He was efficient, friendly, and took the extra time to explain in detail exactly what he did, and showed me how I can adjust the water pressure myself in the future if I ever needed to to do. Rich works hard and knows his stuff. He did a great job cleaning our ductwork and even checked on our dryer vent while he was at it. He explained everything thoroughly and then went to work with a smile. We would recommend any of his services, as he has a great work ethic and is up front about everything.

Dealing with Rich from Resource and Restoriation was very easy. Estimate iwas itemized in black and white. Work was finished on time and the craftsmanship was perfect. We were not present at home and there was a charge for $150 for garbage removal. We had a bunch of garbage to be removed and he added his garbage to it. Instead of still charging us the $150, he told us and credited it. What contractor does that? All and all a pleasure dealing with Service Resource and Restoration.

Rich and his team did a huge amount of work for a very reasonable price. He genuinely cared for my children's health (we had a mold issue) and treated my home as if it were his own. Would absolutely recommend and use again.

Rich and his team were amazing!! Very professional, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them for water removal. My pipe burst in the middle of the night and they were out the next day to remove water and treat the area to prevent mold.
